My Story

I am a native Floridian born and raised in Columbia County- Lake City, Florida I began my Real Estate Carrer in 9/1988 working for a land developer in which he built and established Eastside Village a 55+ Retirement community located in Lake City the project was built out in 2005 since then properties within the community coming available quiet often.

I opened my own business in Oct 2013 which we serve both: Sellers, Buyers, Investors both residential and commercial, sales and rentals.

My days are full helping those who choose Lake City – Gateway to Florida:

• Families looking large tracts of land for farm living
